The AR-50 from ArmaLite is a single-shot bolt-action rifle fitted with a 30″ heavy chrome moly barrel chambered for the powerful .50BMG cartridge. The rifle features a unique octagonal steel receiver bedded down into a V-shaped stock. Designed to be an economical answer for the challenge of long-range shooting, the AR-50 is amazingly accurate and with its massive muzzle brake, has a very manageable recoil. Features include Multi-Flute Recoil Check muzzle brake, Shilen Standard single-stage trigger with (approximate) 5-pound pull, 3-section stock with extruded forend and removable buttstock for increased portability, 15MOA sight base and GG&G bi-pod. The AR-50 has black hard anodized aluminum and manganese phosphated steel finishes.
