Federal Premium FireStick is an encapsulated propellant charge designed for a modern muzzleloading ignition system: the FireStick charge loads from the breech while the bullet is loaded from the muzzle. Each polymer charge is impervious to moisture and loaded with clean-burning Hodgdon Triple Eight powder to the same tight tolerances and quality controls as Federal Premium factory ammunition for consistent performance. The shooter inserts a 209 shotgun primer (not included). For use in FireStick-compatible muzzleloaders only, including Traditions NitroFire-style platforms.
