Filson’s Tin Cloth PrimaLoft Vest shrugs off rain, snow, mud, and flying wood chips. The waxed-canvas shell fabric is tightly woven 100% cotton treated with liquefied wax under high heat and pressure. This provides lasting water resistance. The fabric’s tight weave makes it exceptionally abrasion-resistant. It also makes it difficult for any punctures to develop into tears. Oil finish Tin Cloth can be rewaxed as often as needed to maintain water-resistance for decades of reliable service.
