Springfield Armory took the .45ACP 1911, a professional-grade weapon, and made it into the legendary TRP (Tactical Response Pistol). Built for fierce reliability and suited for defense and combat applications, the single action (SAO) 1911 TRP features a forged stainless steel frame and slide. From that robust foundation each model is equipped and finished in exacting detail. Features include Match Grade stainless steel barrel, dovetailed Tritium night sights, front and rear cocking serrations, extended beavertail, lightened trigger and hammer, ambidextrous thumb safety, grip safety, and 20-LPI checkering on front- and backstraps. Black G10 grips beautifully complement the stainless steel. The pistol comes with two 7-round magazines and case.
